Goals.

Danish-based A.P. Møller Maersk, the largest container ship and vessel operator in the world, worked with Venquis to deliver a project to streamline communications for 76 IT divisions across the globe, by creating one single capability.

Approach.

A.P Moller Maersk worked closely with Jack Grimes, Venquis Sales Director, to create the workforce needed to support the integration. Both interim and permanent specialists were recruited. This included teams of developers, architects, testers and designers were sourced, interviewed and on-boarded using the Venquis Remote Hiring model to deliver this complex project.

Results.

To ensure quality and consistency, the Venquis team relocated to the Netherlands for 3 months to support A.P. Møller Maersk directly from their head offices. Venquis placed 41 people in 6 months.
